Privacy and cookies

Short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and do your project, we don't track you, and you can ask us to show or delete your information at any time.

What we collect

  • If you use the get-started form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the package you're interested in and your message.
  • If you become a client: your contact and project details, and the invoices we send you.
  • If you have a sign-in for the client portal or admin: your email address, name and role. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and we never see it.
  • Our server briefly uses your IP address to limit form spam. We don't store it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, build and support your website, send invoices and run the client portal. We don't sell your information.

Who else handles it

We use Supabase for our database and sign-in, and Vercel to host the website. They handle information for us only to provide those services, and our host may keep standard server logs.

Cookies and browser storage

  • The public pages set no cookies.
  • If you sign in, we set one sign-in session cookie so you stay signed in. It is essential, and it goes when you sign out or it expires.
  • Your browser keeps a few small preferences on your own device: that you closed the interactive notice, and your best scores in the games. They never leave your browser.
  • We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to help you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
